geneTIGA Launches Educational Video on IgA Nephropathy and Innovative Gene Editing Therapy

We are thrilled to announce the release of geneTIGA  video, designed to engage and educate the general public, including patients and school children, about our core mission and objectives. This video sheds light on IgA nephropathy and highlights how geneTIGA is tackling this disease through groundbreaking gene editing technology.

In the video, we explain IgA nephropathy and introduce our innovative approach to developing a new therapy. Using gene editing, we modify T cells to specifically target and destroy harmful B cells while leaving healthy cells untouched. This process begins with a blood sample from the patient, from which T cells are extracted and modified. These modified T cells, acting like precise hunters, are then reintroduced into the patient’s body to eliminate the harmful B cells. Our goal is to minimize side effects and provide a more effective treatment option.

Join us in spreading awareness and understanding of IgA nephropathy and our cutting-edge research. Watch the video and share it with your friends, family, and community. Together, we can make a difference in the fight against this disease.

Stay tuned for more updates and follow us on our journey to revolutionize the treatment of IgA nephropathy!
